Start taking alot of deep breathes, this keeps your blood pressure down, bring something else into your mind if you can that you have to do that day, remember the world does not evolve around you. If you can't think of something else like your son or daughter or mom or dad or something then just get away from what ever it is that is upsetting you. Better than blowing up on somebody or something and doing something you will be sorry for later on. And remember its not so bad to have to say hay I;m sorry, actually in the end it will make you feel better and it might even help you to over come getting upset so fast so times, good luck....

Talk yourself Say things like O K calm down if you get angry it will not resolved anything And if its ti much for what you can take leave the room Go in a place or room where its quieter Its take some practice so be patient with yourself

Well, you can get a pillow and hit it to get all your anger out, or count to ten, and you can also do something you enjoyed so you can take your mind off of it. I hope that help. ^-^
