Currently it is a tossup between two arenas.

Conseco Fieldhouse where the Indiana Pacers play has a really cool design. It is new but it looks like the old fashioned 'field houses' like basketball gyms from the 40s or 50s.

The AT&T Center where the Spurs play has an outside design of a barn (which isn't that cool but is different than other places) but the inside is what makes it different than other NBA arenas. They have lots of things going on like a huge carnival-arcade with tons of free games on the highest level. The ground level in the back has a huge picnic area with floating beer bars and different bands playing. The below ground area has some great gourmet grills and full service bars that are swanky and definitely cool.

Madison Square Garden, although since Paul Allen bought the Rose Garden again this last summer he's made GREAT improvments to it. The Rose Garden is incredible now.

it has the biggest big screen in the league, it's HUUUUGE and HD.
