My munchlax isnt evolving?

i walked 30,000 steps with my munchlax holding the sooth bell and i feed him 6 spicy poffins and he still didnt evolve

can anyone halp me?

You probably walked in the wrong direction. Try walking either towards Three Mile Island or Chernobyl.
