You're really not as skinny as your Ostrich neck are you? LOL, deep fried turkey....mmmmm, but oil never tasted better than REAL butter oozing all over the turkey's crispy skin, right out of the oven!
Yeah, my turkey got stuffed!

I stuffed it with aromatics and herbs (Onion, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Garlic, Sage, Thyme, & Rosemary). Then I made the stuffing on the side.

yes, but i tried something different and used onions, garlic and lemon.
it turned out tasting like lemon chicken throughout. not very turkey-y.
