I like sunny weather
the sun makes it so cheerful
while the cloudy weather
make it seem like it may rain.
sunny weather in spring often weather is warm
cloudy weather in spring may have warm too but I would interpret this as rain.
winter
sunny weather is cold because there is no insulation
cloudy weather may be warm
