I think a drink or two on occasion is okay. I wouldn't actually want to drink 'too much'. Don't like that feeling and learned that early on in life.

The occasional glass of wine is suppose to be good for you! Not sure where beer fits in, but I'm sure it's somewhere!

I never heard of anyone getting too old to have a beer. Too young, of course. Any age looks like a fool when they drinking "too much", but a beer or two, give me a break.

There is never a good age for drinking too much and everyone looks like a fool when they do. If you are an adult and can drink responsibly, go for it. I suppose with age you would need to worry about getting a buzz and falling down when you get up to walk.

For me every age was too old to drink (I started at 14). Not sure what age has to do with drinking . We all look like old fools anyways drinking or not! Enjoy one for me.

I drink a beer or two occassionally and don't see a thing wrong with it.An older person doesn't look any sillier than a younger person if they have drank too much.I just try to stay home if I know I am going to drink more than my limit.

Leave the old fool home and come on over well kick back and have a few and if you have to many I will open the sleeper for you. In the morning we will have a little hair of the dog.

At our age it is too easy to break a hip or any other brittle bone when we fall down. A drink or two is actually good for you though . So have a couple just use a fancy glass or goblet and put the pinky up and dont have too many .

My Russian grandma drank her medicine AKA vodka, into her 90's. Sometimes she drank from a flask! LOL Maybe your husband thinks drinking from a bottle looks bad. Pour the beer into a glass. I don't think you're ever too old, unless you act embarassingly or walk sloppy. Bottoms up!

I don't drink, but because of health not age! lol

I don't believe in anything that is 'too old' to do..so tell your hubby that! :-)

Whomever once decided that age is a determiner of what should or should not be done was an azz....'scuse the Fractured French!

Whatever brings you joy, peace ,comfort and fun...DO IT! -within reason and good sense of course..Whatever rules apply to the young, apply to the older. Temperance and moderance in all things is a good thing, but enjoy whatever ....
