yes it should because it is a specific event in history. you capitilize it just like you would a proper noun. also the word holocaust was originially an adjective so u should make sure to specify you mean the holocaust

If you are refering to the Holocaust of the Jews during WW2, then Yes, as it is a Proper Noun now established to refer to that particular event.

If you are refering to Holocausts generally, then No

No. It was not the only holocaust. The Armenian one predated it.

Yes, I think so. Technically, I suppose, it's a matter of choice like War or war but, as a mark of respect, I would capitalise it.
