I know there are people continually watching, although I don't know all of the processes. By logic, there would have to be a process similar to that going on.

It's an infinite number of chimpanzees at an infinite number of computers. That's why the violations are so random.
I think some of the chimpanzees are asking the questions, but I can't prove it.... yet.
