Depending on how much snow you get during the season and amount on average for each snowfall will determine the snowblower you need . On average you can get a nice single stage Toro or MTD for about $300 to $400 at any local Home center....Bigger machines for more snow are more money...

For $100. to $200. your still looking at a shovel.
You will never find one priced that cheap unless it's broken and even then I've seen broken ones go for a lot more.
