Lol............uh......... Are you for real? No you can't get pregnant by getting sperm on your nipple. Not unless you nipples have super powers. Seriously, if you are asking this question, then clearly you do not need to be looking at a penis or having sex. Get real educated first.

Ok. Sex... is not rocket science.
You can only get pregnant is a mans sperm travels into a womans vagina and pushes it's self into a womans egg.
So... to answer your question... No. A woman cannot get pregnant if sperm gets on her nipple.
Don't highschools teach sex education anymore?
