Thats an easy one.... I would pass a law that said My wife would have to stop complaining at least one day of the week so I can have some peace and quiet..... or she could be arrested and incarcerated... until I want to pick her back up again.

I would rather repeal laws. Everytime a new law is enacted it takes away someones freedom. Every law should be enacted with that in mind.

That the legal system would actually enforce the laws that are already on the books and put hard core career criminals away for good and deport illegals who commit crimes.
And I believe that parole boards and judges should be held accountable for letting someone out who kills again.

Restore the Eisenhower level of taxation. This will correct the Bush National Debt by forcing the rich to pay their fair share.
Also, to restore the portions of the Bill of Rights that Bush has eliminated.

I would enact a law that said victimless crimes are unconstitutional, illegal and void, that non-violent offenders would have to pay restitution to their victims and that violent offenders would be sentenced to die in prison, but that they could 'check out' any time they want......

I would make it Law that the BILL OF RIGHTS be Clearly posted in every public building, and in every classroom in every public school or college that recieves money from the federal government.

It would have to do with justice---an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
That would make a believer out of the child abusers & all types of abusers and the sex offenders as well as the murderers....give them back what they did.
