Some of these questions are highly inappropriate for teens and adolesents. I've seen some 10-11 year olds on here, and content too out of their range. Its goes Vice versa too. Some of the questions younger audiences ask are not for those of the adults. And sometimes is annoying too when they are like "Plz h3re " and stuff like that. What do you think?

Well... they got those little points that keep you going. It's like being a part of a social community without any permanent presence or commitment to necessarily coming back, whereas if you wanted to be a member on some forum or something people only take you seriously if you have been around long enough to demonstrate that you know what you're talking about. Ironic, since q and a is about supplying information to solve people's problems. I'd be amazed if you bothered to read all of this though, so I'll summarize. SUMMARY-> kool points weird pplz

I do agree 100% the problem is with it divided the predators will deffinatly have an easier way to find access
along with the people who are barely under the age being annoyed by the 10 year olds questions like "OMG DOES HE LIKE ME?"

anyone 12 and under shouldn't be here at all

I agree. Y!A does need a teen/young adult section for the kids to go to. I go to dizzay.com from time to time and they have a separate section for the teens/young adults. But the adults aren't that serious in many of the things they say/ask, so I tend to come here when I want seriousness and there for some fun.

I agree.... but who will regulate these sites? How can you actually prevent the kids from getting into the adult site? You won't be able to. If they really want to post with the adults, then they are going to.

Like I said though.... I totally agree. I'm tired of trying to decipher some of these questions like they are written in hieroglyphics or something....

I agree. Some of the questions that I think are legit, end up being extremely immature. I'm not even sure how kids so young get on this site- my grandson couldn't sign up for yahoo because he isn't old enough (I think you have to be 14 or something)

Acutally. I do agree with you. But the younger kids would go on the adult yahoo answers. So it wouldn't make a difference.

iok. if we got teen answers....that'd be good until thoses pervs get in and like spread the inappropirate content again. and i've got a question: how can a question (asked by a child) not be sutiable for an adult? thats sort of odd.

Thats a really good idea. I totally support it.
but...
its just like myspace you can always tell a white lie and say your over your age and you get right on. its also vise versa for adults to do that on teens which is Sick & Wrong!!

Yes, I agree, it should be separated.
the problem is that some teens may lie about their age to get in on the adult version.
