Are you serious? A hairline fracture happens to a bone, has nothing to do with ones head.

Hairline Fracture
This bone fracture has minimal trauma to the bone and surrounding soft tissues. It is a incomplete fracture with no significant bone displacement and is considered a stable fracture. . In this type the fracture the crack only extends into the outer layer of the bone but not completely through the entire bone. It is also known as a Fissure Fracture.

Absolutely yes. Speaking as a Once Fully haired head a ball myself. I have a very large hair line fracture right down the middle of my head. I now have two hair lines. I suppose your could call that a hair line fracture. That answer your question?

Yes, a receding hairline fracture. Once they get scalp implants, they can get a re-seeding hairline fracture.
