We didn't ask for it cos we didn't have a say in who was drawn.
But we're gonna thrash their asses and show them what's what next time round.

I think that England can look forward to another few drubbings unless they pick up their game by then. Croatia and Ukraine. Dear me. As for Owen, will he still be around then? And Ferdinand? I can see England struggling there. Does Phat Baz really think that Walter Smith would take on the England team? I think he's living in dreamland.

I feel really sorry for ALL those teams in Englands group because the next manager we have will win us the world cup.
I would bet my own life on it im that sure !!!!
They FA realise now they have to listen to top managers that's why they are consulting with Wenger, Ferguson and one or two others about the managers job, so they get pro opnions from managers with impeccable records.
They have also said they will listen to the publics opinion this time because they know they have to.
I still think when they have appointed, that we will also see some new faces on the board of the FA after all its OUR team and NOT theirs.
Baz (applying for England Managers Job)
Apart from myself taking the vacant job !!
I would reccomend the following candidates be considered.
1. Jose Mourhino
2. Phillipe Scolari
3. Harry RedKnapp
4. Arsene Wenger
5. Walter Smith
6.Martin O'Neil
7. Fabbio Cappello
Not in any particular order but it WILL be one of those !!

Yes, but England will need to learn from their defeat, they didn't kept the ball in Croatia match.......They kept on losing the ball in unwanted positions........Hope they do well this time!
Though I believe England will only be able to beat Croatia in the Home tie........Croatia are too much strong at their homeground.....

I have seen that match about 5 times. People need to see it again. THE CROATIANS ARE A C_RAP TEAM. They knew England had a very inexperience goalkeeper so they tried their luck and won ! --I believe the Stuart Pearce is the most qualified person to trake the England's job. He will need the players he has been managing lately... all those under 21s who will be just the right age for 2010.
PEARCE HAS THE PASSION.... PEARCE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE... PEARCE HAS PROVED HIMSELF... PEARCE HAS THE PLAYERS FOR 2010... PEARCE KNOWS HIS UNDER 21 PLAYERS... These are facts... not fantasy !!
" Puma " -- I know what you mean... England were rubbish... but Croatia are rubbish too. Put Croatia against against real opposition like Portugal and you will see what Croatia REALLY is... It is Pearce for me, mate... and he is English too !!

The same type of manager, the same squad under the same FA and lightning may as well strike twice.
