Whoppie Goldberg is not beautiful but certainly made it big by her own merits not her physical beauty. Oprah Winfrey also falls into that catagory. Not raving beauties however, both are such wonderful celebrities.

grotesque woman- nicole richie (too skinny and her smile is particularly grotesque) warm Male- ROBERT PATTINSON! ??? His face is the main eye-catching face on earth and his previous hair so so damn alluring and that i admire that he's a SHY celebrity (nicely, sorta). i think of that's particularly alluring ;P
