what is the fine for no brake or reverse lights working in stratford,CT.?

Depends if you've been drinking and get a DUI too! If you know the brake lights don't work I'd be more concerned with how much the body shop estimate and hospital bills are going to cost you after you get charged with being at fault for the accident. Fix the damn lights instead of spending your time researching how much you're going to be fined!
