Nothing will happen to the Queen as a result of Labour gaining power in the recent Australian Election. She remains Head of State of the United Kingdom and Head of the Commonwealth.
Previously in a national referendum in 1999 a proposal to make Australia a republic was defeated. 54.7% of Australian voters voted in favour of Australia retaining the British monararchy as Australia's Head of State. Australia can not now therefore change to being a Repuiblic without a further referendum.

What has to happen is that he must call a referendum first, then if most of the population agree Australia would become a Republic and have a president and dissolve itself from the Dominion states.

Australia COULD possibly become a republic. That is up to them. Let's hope GB does too.
A nation can be a republic and remain in the Commonwealth (eg Pakistan, India, etc)

I think you will find he can only refuse to accept her as Queen of Australia! She will still be Queen of everywhere else she governs.
