all of my phones are plugged into outlets. they are also plugged into phone jacks, but they dont really need it. so... will i still be able to get verizon dsl?

wat im trying to say is, if i didnt plug them into the phone jacks, they would be just fine. so can i still get it. thx for any answers

If DSL is available in you area then yes you can get DSL.

Well, you will need to have a different kind of phone line plugged into the computer or a router (then router to computer) for the dsl to work. This is a dsl cable bigger than a phone cable. Just having your phone lines plugged into where they are supposed to be isnt getting it to the computer.

yes you can. the dsl line does run through the phone line and you can buy a phone jack adapter so both can be hooked up. then the phone and dsl line can be in the same port. until recently i had my dsl hooked up like this and it worked fine. the link is for the adapter.

phone lines are in pairs that means two sets of two wires one line is dedicated to dsl or another phone number from verizon if that line goes to the other outlets it should work but you wont know with out trying it or callin verizon

they'll install a different jack for the DSL line...your modem runs on a completely different cord than a typical phone jack uses

I would go online to Verizon's website and get there customer support number and call them an ask.
