I find sheet music through bit torrent downloads from time to time. You will need to install a bit torrent client like Azureus.

Google Azureus and install it. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's not too bad.

I don't know of any website for free music, but I go to the library for piano music. They might have something there for you.
