My problem is that I don't eat a whole lot but I AM planning to exercise more.

I play tennis 5 times a week. I try to walk with my mom 4 miles a day. I exercise with the medical encyclopedia. I drink lots of water. I eat one big meal a day and two healthy snacks. I have actually lost weight. I am 5'5" and weigh 100 pounds.

only having a small bit of everything, and only a couple glasses of champagne, I've learned moderation is the key, enjoy Christmas just don't eat the whole ham.

Don't plan on it...I give myself permission to enjoy a taste of treats...but the minute it's over..I get back in fighting weight!!
