Im 16, 17 soon, my left ball is bigger, and hangs lower than the right. I realise that this isnt a problem. I havent noticed my penis/balls growing. I dont have a lump on my balls. I have genital warts which have spread around my hands/stomach. I have learnt that these will go with time. However, I have pubes, and in the last 6 months have had armpit hair growing. Am I a late starter? Should i wait?

While most boys enter puberty around 13 - 14 years, some experience it earlier and others later. Some go through the five Tanner stages rapidly, others slowly.

You are on the later end of the spectrum. You should be fine. But I personally suggest you have a medical professional look at those "genital warts."

In mammals with external testicles it is most common for one testis to hang lower than the other. It is estimated that in about 90% of men the lower hanging testicle is the left one. This is due to differences in the vascular anatomical structure on the right and left sides. Scientist believe it's a way to avoid testis hitting each other during movements.

As usually most boy starting development late than girls development. That is normal. Girl starting early than boy starting the puberty.
