ok heres the deal i hav a semiformal in about 2 weeks and i hav the perfect dress but the thing is i need to be like 5lbs lighter im 140 now and i would like 2be like 135 by the 6 of december i need help and i need it fast!!! plz give me any ideas thanx

concentrate on vegetables in your meals cause they have no fat or energy but they consume energy to be digested in this you'll loose some of the fat on you .

if you loose weight in a healthy way you should only loose about 1 lb a week. so i think that it is safe to say that you could loose about 3 lbs not five. exercise 5 out of 7 days. on 3 of those days do anaerobic excersize. on the other 4 do aerobic. (anaerobic-building muscle and tone)
(aerobic-cardiovascular/fat loss)

cut out everything with sugar and salt in it, and drink 8 cups of water a day.

Stop drinking sodas. You will be amazed at how much weight you lose!
