I found that after my Father died my motivation level fell. Even though I had left home for 35 years. I am single. Is this universal? usual?

I am beginning to have second thoughts about this one. Not that important, but maybe there is something in it?

Persues, I urge you to watch "Into The Wild" the movie will not only change your life but motivate you.

it's tough and the world might seem like it's falling down but
if you get really deep into it, it's amazing how the pain you feel
the uncertainty of the world, is only a chemical in balance.

How far does reality and science go. You might feel like your
being torn apart but when it comes down to science, it's just a chemical inbalance, just a liquid and solid matter.

Anyways,
It's universal, we all loose as we go on but that is the experience of life. Some times its tough and sometimes i hard. Such a sad thing if we only accept the good and not the bad. It's just a matter of how you look at life and what you make it.

The world is yours and in lies in your hands.
Death and Life are only a part of adventure,
what lies beyond the great unknown?

Who knows,
but for now live life to it's fullest,
so when you pass away you have no regrets.

your father will live on,
and so you will you.

Make the best in life.
It's not necessarily important to be strong,
but to FEEL strong.

Hope this helps bud,
take care.

Ya-ah, the motivation can b in 2 ways, positive or negative. One can b motivated to work harder after losing a parent coz they are aware that there is no one left to sustain them.
Yoz seems to have been negative. There is no reason 4 u to throw away a part of yo life becozu lost yo parent becoz that is not what any parent may want from their child, no matter how bad the child or the parent was.

If yo parent, was a good one, strive to show yo gratitude & honour to him by being the best u cld be.
If they were not so good, strive to b the best u can b for yoslf so that u will be a good parent to yo kids.

Don' t mean to blunt but yo parent live his life, u live yoz and make the best of it. Make him proud if u feel u have to but do it for yoslf!!
