Does AT & T charge you for incoming international calls?

For incoming international calls, does AT& T charge you anything besides the normal airtime?

No, you are charged your airtime minutes only. That applies ONLY within the US however. If you are roaming outside the US, all incoming calls are billed at international roaming rates, typically between 99¢ per minute and $4.99 per minute depending upon your roaming plan and the country you are travelling in.
