Tough doesn't exist on an Ohio State schedule.

It was probably Akron. Ohio State had one of the easiest schedules in all of college football and it is a tragedy that Hawaii has to settle for # 10 when their schedule strength was virtually identical to the once again overrated buckeyes. Come on people, last year's Ohio State team (if you want to call it that) was better than this years team and we all saw how they were completely dismantled and embarrassed at the hands of the Florida Gators. And now they may have a chance to play for the title again. How sad is that for all the teams that actually had to play real schedule. Michigan - come on - they were blown out by Oregon and lets not forget App. State. Michigan beat Illinois and Illinois embarrassed Ohio State in their own house. Lets face it, Ohio State is the poster child for why we need a playoff system to make it fair for the teams that actually have to play a real schedule.

Sadly, it probably was. If they make the National Championship Game, the toughest team they have played this year will obviously be WVU. As a football fan, I don't expect them to do much at the Superdome to stop Pat White; Juice Williams is nowhere near as talented as White. Lllllloyd Carr's Wolverines are now a perennial favorite to lose against Ohio State, and nobody else really game them a fight, although Michigan State tried to claw back in the second half. Akron's defense put up a hell of a first half, but their offense (or lack, thereof) prevented the upset from ever happening.

yes Illinois. Illinois would've beaten Michigan if not for 150yds of stupid penalties and a muffed punt inside the 5 yd line. 3 times they had Michigan stopped on like 3rd an 20s but would commit face mask penalties and michigan turned those into 21 pts.

Probably. Wisconsin is a good team as well. Le'ts not forget Illinios lost to Mizzoue 40-36, didn't have their starting QB for most of the game, and threw two interceptions into the endzone. The illini are a good team, and OSU is 4-3 in the game before michigan under tressel.

back to back, and 3 in 5 years. final years group lost their superb participant, and the guy they ran the full offense through, on the 1st play of the sport. It wasn't lots how sturdy he became into, however the actuality that he became into the 1st examine on maximum each bypass play that made it perplexing for Troy Smith. additionally, that group became right into a bypass chuffed group, which isn't OSU's character. they're a run group. Arkansas became into waiting to run on LSU, even Tulane had sucess working the soccer. additionally i think of Florida's D final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days is greater desirable than LSU's D. you have an excellent LSU offense going against an incredible OSU protection, and an excellent OSU offense going against an incredible LSU protection. it could be an thrilling sport. i do no longer like it being a house sport for LSU, yet on paper, i think of the communities experience up properly. i think of OSU has a brilliant side in training.

They just overlooked Illinois. They treated them like the Miami Dolphins and it backfired in their face.
