Your safest to order off line. You best bet is online stores like zappos or Kinsey Girl. They have really cute flats. I also like to go shopping with my little sister and get things from stores like Limited Too. I found a really good pair of red patent leather flats.

ALDO! i love their flats. And there is cute ones for teeens. Or springs.. u can practically find flats in like any stores.. Urban Planet, payless, american eagle, Forever 21 ect..

aeropostale has cute flats and in good quality and cheap...i have a pain and had them for a long time and there still good as new...........there cheap...not real $$$$$$$$$$
