Has your ex been in contempt of court for child support and been sent to jail or did they escape jail time? If so how and what happened

My ex has been in contempt of court many times. It wasnt over child support but other issues. They just slapped her wrist and nothing ever came of it.
The lawyers are the only ones who come out ahead in a divorce. Child support might be taken more serious by the courts though.

Yes he was in contempt, and I never pressed charges, so no, he never went to jail.
