Yes, that was a high honor, back in the day to be allowed to bang the erasers against side of the building and make dust clouds!

Ha! Well that brings back memories. Yes, I cleaned erasers. It was a genius way to get out of class for as long as possible with no supervision. Not that I ever did anything I shouldn't be doing. I didn't smoke 'till high school. Sorry to disappoint you. ;)

No, but I cleaned my teacher's palettes and brushes. I was my dear High School teachers' Pet!
Anyway he was a great guy!
And he really was my mentor through the three year, secondary school Especially designed for future "artistes", Art Program.
I must say, after all is concerned, he really helped me become the principled person who now adheres devotionally to this vocation : Art!

I am sure I did!
I have white boards in my classroom, no need to clean the erasers.
However, I do need volunteers to help after school for other things!!!!

Yes I did & I even liked doing it. The school had these vaccumes in the walls that would suck the chalk dust out so it was really easy to do!!

Sometimes when I was younger (before high school). Now I remember there were teachers back then who had chalk allergies.

A very long time ago I was forced to do it one time. I still remember how nasty that was with the chalk dust going into my throat.
