Invest in the What to Expect When Your Expecting book, it tells you the whole deal... but here are a few things:
1. Raw meats, unprocessed cheeses, raw foods period!
2. Caffeine
3. Junk Foods
4. Too much tuna & fish
5. Lifting more than 50lbs after your 2nd trimester
6. Cat litter
7. Too much sugar and salt
8. Drugs (all that your doctor says is NOT OK!)
9. TOO much alcohol (doctors in Europe encourage women who are pregnant to drink red wine occationally to stay healthy!)
And many more... but the book can help you decifer what is good and not!

Stay away from cat litter (have someone else clean the boxes). Stay away from deli meats and hot dogs unless they are cooked to steaming. Stay away from unpasteurized cheeses. Don't each too much fish and find out which ones are highest in mercury. Keep your abdomen safe. Relax and enjoy it!

They have lots of dos and don'ts.

Don't eat too much fish, a little is okay but not a lot. Fish can be high in Mercury. Also don't eat meat cold, make sure it is thoroughly heated, even lunch meats.
