It depends on how realistic the dream is. The dream I had as a child of visisting Santa at the North Pole never came true. I'm still bummed about that one.

Yes sometimes. I finally met the man of my dreams and we are getting married next April. However I never did win the lottery like I dreamt once.

Not usually, but once in a while I will have a dream that I forget when I wake up, but it will come back to me when the same thing happens in real life. It's like a weird kind of deja vu...

sometimes ... but sometimes i think im physcic casue im my dream i have little scenes of something happening like my mom going into the pantry at the same time my cat jumps on the counter and it happens !!
one time before i got my cat i dream i went to the bathrooom in the middle of the night and a snake but my ankle and a year later i went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and my cat bit my ankle !! lol
