Ive seen this error like this myself. I have found that Spyware Doctor is the best spyware program for me. It can be found at www.tenebril.com or www.download.com. Good luck

You want to remove as many of these trojans as you can using AVG "Healing" feature. Any viruses that AVG can't heal should be placed into the "Virus Vault". You can then navigate to the vault and delete these files. You will find the vault in the AVG program folder that is located within the "Grisoft" folder. The file is called "avgvv.exe"

The pop up message is from spyware already on your system.

Run your antivirus and have it delete the viruses it finds. Run it several times until it finds nothing.

Also install Anti spyware. I use Adaware from Lavasoft. The free version is plenty good for personal use.

Delete them if you can. If they reappear, download Superantispyware and check for updates then run both products in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.

Afterwards, Malware may still be lurking in your system restore volumes so it would be in your best interests to disable system restore, reboot then re-enable system restore when you log back on. What this does is protects you from reloading the malware should you ever need to do a system restore.

Windows DOES NOT give you a message when you have spyware! (Unless the message is from Windows Defender progrm)

This is common in spyware, something will pop up in the system tray (notification area) telling you that you have spyware, and that itself is an ad to sell some probably fake anti-spyware

Download good Anti-Virus AND Anti-Spyware. Not just AVG (It focus's on virus, and gets some spyware).

HOPEFULLY,you have an anti-virus--anti-rootkit blocker as well as at least 2 anti-spyware removers installed.
run those. if you haven't proper protect installed, before you go offline, download them from here

i'd also HIGHLY reccomend downloading Firefox web browser and it's attending security extensions.

once you are cleaned up,return to system restore and create a new, clean restore point to work from in the future.

anti-virus shield:
Avast
anti spyware shield:
Spyware Blaster
AVG anti spyware
anti hijacker:
Arovax

Time to look into "Fedora",
the OS that just works !
I used to reinstall winblows every two weeks,
ever since I got Fedora in 2000, I have only reinstalled once,
and it was my fault that time... 7 years no problems
- no viruses
- no file fragmentation
- no data loss

Paying for virus protection is like paying them to make more viruses !

~THINKING
For real security, look into encfs
the simple way to dynamically encrypt you data
