That depends.
There are of course risks to having dogs in the house while pregnant...especially if they are large dogs. But it isnt any different than the risks you take while NOT pregnant either. Say you get knocked down by the dog, land on your stomech or manage to suffer a severe injury that requires x-rays or surgery. Or, if the dog jumps up on you and lands with its front legs on your stomech. Of course, it would have to be pretty hard, but the possibility exists.
Other than standard risks associated with pet ownership in general, I don't see any reason to worry about co-habitating with canines while pregnant.

Why on earth would it be? I have 3 kids and a dog has been in the house before, during and after all of them. Matter of fact, I've had dogs longer than I've had kids.

No! Just dont let them jump on you, other than that there fine to have. It is especially important to give them lots of love now, because when you have a baby there going to feel abandon. When you have a baby, keep you dogs away from it, and you must give them lots of love also, just wash your hands after petting them and before you touch the baby. Dogs are good to have they sometimes calm down people

No. As long as you are being hygenic about it (accidents and such), you should be okay.
We had a cat (and litterbox) in the house when I was pregnant. My husband did all the cleanup with it and the closest I got to it was occassionally using the bathroom where it was.
You should be just fine.

Animals aren't bad to have in your house when you are pregnant. It's just kitty litter boxes you aren't allowed to clean while you are pregnant. But, the animals themselves are ok.

Nah...I've got four Chihuahuas in my house. Just make sure if they make a mess "doo or pee" that it's cleaned well and antibacterialized.
