You will, but you will have to do what every other EU national (non-Dutch and non-German) does and register with the Alien Police, with the municipal council of where you live and the tax office, and get a residency permit. It takes a couple of months, but you can still work while it's going on.

Off the top of my head, you will probably need to acquire an MVV in the Netherlands.

I think you should live in Holland. But if you like two of them is hard for you to choose.
