Im Heather, I'm 17 and I have glandular fever and shingles. I feel low all the time and have spent a lot of time off school. Im currently studying chemistry, biology, literature and art....the thing is i need A's to be a doctor and i wont get them if i feel this bad. Should I take a year off and go back in September or carry on? I feel like i should quit because of exams in January....I feel sick when i think about it.

Can you consult with someone at the school as to the best approach. Getting out of the study habit completely may reduce your desire to continue your education. Aren't your parents concerned?
