Best answer should contain enough information to satisfy the questioner, or asker, and be funished by one with actual experience in the field. Not one that's given by furnishing a link to another web page.
I would try to ignore an answer given by one just because of his or her having a "top contributor" sign by their name, as many of them are completely wrong.
You just can't beat knowledge obtained by experience.

I come here to have some fun and hopefully to help someone if they have a real question that needs real answers. If and when I ask another question it would depend on the quality of the answer and what I was looking for in an answer.

Quality but sometimes it comes with quantity. If I ask an in depth question, I am going to need an in depth answer.

Quality. I once got a best answer and had no idea why. Mine was definitely not the best answer. I can't be bothered to read very long answers. which have clearly been copied and pasted. I will also not choose answers typed in text language. I think that's as bad as talking with your mouth full. Rude...!
