To me, organized religion is the epitome of hypocrysy. I have never been around more judgemental people. OR is more the philosophy of do as I say, not as I do. I believe in a Creator but I also believe that faith is a very personal private journey. My personal credo is treat others as I would like to be treated. That includes kindness, compassion and tolerance. Blessings on you.

they are clearly of man and not of God. In some ways they are good because they can lead people to God and give them a higher level of awareness. And then it can be negative by causing seperation among people. It gives some the right to kill and to judge. Most people associate the bible with Christianity but in my eyes I associate it with no religion. The bible does say that we belong to the same body, the body of christ. And that means all of us. If I call myself a christian muslim or jew thean its like im seperating myself. And this is not what the Bible asks me to do

i agree with ponitail 55, i think that religion is just like a stick that beats people into doing what theyre told. In every religion there are consequences for not believeing it like in christianity theres hell and the devil and they are just illusions to scare people.
