Rest assured that Mush has been conning Bush from day one, much like Putin has done to Bush ever since the "I looked into his eyes and saw his soul" routine. A simple look at the way Mush has been using our monetary aid for the past 6 years (primarily for military assets not related to fighting terror) and you get the picture.
