will that make me sick? all i remember is takeing my iron pill

If you can't remember whether or not you consumed your tablet, then just to be on the safe side, DO NOT TAKE IT! You will only make yourself get into a panic, wondering if you've taken two doses by mistake if you take it. Just wait until tomorrow & continue your dose from there.
Another EXCELLENT tip that is very obvious, but not many people do it. ALWAYS write down on a piece of paper all of the medicines you consume in a day, the date, time you took it, etc. It will really set your mind at ease, especially if your prenantal pill is not the only medicine you consume in a day.

Maybe you should get a pill tracker and place your pills in there. If that day is empty, then you know you took your iron pills. It always helped me when I was pregnant

I use to miss taking my prenatal vitamins as well. It is very common and will not effect you or the baby in any way. Just take it tomorrow and you will be right back on track.

No, it won't make you sick, but an overdose might, so if you aren't sure, just take tomorrow's pill when you normally would.

skip the does and take your regular dose the next day not to worry wont make you sick only a vitamin.but make sure you try to remember to take them daily

no man dont worry its just a pill, just make sure you eat well everyday. it is you thats keeping your baby alive not the pills. you could miss a week and you will still be fine.

You can take it again, your body will use what it needs and discard the rest. I couldn't remember if I took mine yesterday and I just took another, it wont hurt you.

Oh you will be fine. Some people don't even take prenatal vitamins because they make them sick, which is my case.
