Parkinsons Disease, but this is more lie an actual disease than if you are sitting there and your hands are shaking for no reason and you can focus on them to make them stop, this is just nerves and anxiety. Or too much caffine or energy supplements.

Well i knew this guy that worked for my dad and same thing and he had to stop working becasue his hands shook so bad. I really dont think that there is a cure for it.
