If they win their next game, not only do they deserve to play in a BCS game, but they deserve to play in the national championship game.

Don't start yelling at me about how "they shouldn't play because they didn't play a tough schedule." There is only so much they can do. They can't get in a BCS conference. They can schedule a few opponents, and it's harder to get tough opponents, especially with where they play. So, should they never get a chance to play for the national championship just because of scheduling that is mostly out of their control? No, they deserve the same chance that the teams in the BCS conferences get. If they go undefeated, they didn't make a mistake this season. The teams that will play for the national championship did. Why should they get preferential treatment just because they are in the "right conference"?

Until they institute a true playoff system in Division I - FBS, where anyone with an undefeated record can play for the championship, regardless of conference, this is a fake sport. It's all about money, who has the most and who can make the most.

(I also like the point made above. Twice, non-BCS schools played in a BCS bowl, and both times, they won. You can't argue that these teams can't compete in those games.)

I don't care how weak their Strength of Schedule appears, to me any team that goes undefeated DESERVES a BCS Bowl bid. Just remember they are playing FAIR competition for them. It's not like it is USC playing Mid-Majors and saying look how good we are. It is a team playing other teams on it's level. Also to those who would argue against it. The first NON-BCS School to go was Utah Utes who killed Pitt. Last year with a bit of luck Boise State beat Oklahoma. So don't say that non-BCS schools can't win.

In a normal season i would say no, but this season there arent a lot of teams who really deserve a BCS bid so Hawaii deserves it as much if not more then most.

Yes but they will never be in the BCS title game until they switch divisions.

Yes and I hope they do. It's amazing they are undefeated with a 50,000 recruiting budget.

They definitely should go if they beat Washington next week.

Yes, but I don't think they are a serious prospect for the top of the heap.
