Sandy, to save time and aggrevation, please use the carat (^) to show powers, sqrt(crap) to indicate the square root of crap and the slant (/) to show division, making sure that the denominator is enclosed in ( ) if it more than a monomial.

x^2+2 domain is over all real numbers
So is the second one.
This function "blows up" at x= +/- 2, so they are excluded from the domain -inf The others will work pretty much as the one above. Check the denominator for "blow up"points or regions. They must be excluded from the domain of all real numbers.
