Are there any good websites designed to help people with absolutely no experience with computers and the internet?

as you are already in here I suppose you may have a little experience, so you can www.google.com and try finding help on everysubject you want, for example you want to learn how to: fry a an egg on your screen, you put fry an egg, or frying an egg, etc. and the answers will just come up, it takes a little time for you to know which page is more usefull for the answers, but it is really fast

The first two are from the BBC and are designed for people starting from scratch (although the second one, in particular, may have something to offer people who already 'know a bit').

The third link is suitable for anyone who wants to know a bit more about keeping themselves safe online.
