We buy a real potted tree every year and then plant it afterwards. We get the benefit of having a live tree and the planet gets the benefit of having a live tree that continues to give off oxygen (at least during the day)

i have no idea what you just said but i like real lights cuz the fake ones look cheesy or if you are talking about trees A REAL ONE the other ones that are fake just dont look good and i live way out in the country so it's easy for us to get a real one

We always had a real tree for many yrs, till two yrs ago, I convinced my hubby that a fake one would save us money and wouldnt catch on fire, (like the real ones do)...and would be alot less mess. The fake tree we bought looks completely real, no one ever knows that its fake, and it isnt pre lit, we put all the lights and ornaments on it ourselves.*

ha mines a fake pre lit one. my parents wanted to save money on xmas trees so they went out and paid for a 400 tree... yea winners. this is the first time having a fake tree.. i dont like it

A REAL ONE.....a tree fresh from the Christmas tree farm down the road. Then we will be using mini lights and some new LED lights!

A fake tree is economical, either way it's all about the
decorations you use! and how you place them on the tree
using colours that will blend with each other to create
style.
