I have a Verizon Wireless Fire Red KRZR and now I can't see anything on the screen. It is almost like the light has blown out or something. It has happened before and I would just plug it into the charger and it would work, but I tried that and it didn't work. It has never been dropped like from a high place or onto a hard floor and it has never gotten wet. Does anyone have any suggestions or have the phone and it happened to them?

I have a sister who works in verizon . this also happened to me 3 times. The promblem is exactly what you think the light has blown out. but before you verify this you have to think , did it ever get wet ,did you let someone borrow it , if so ask questions of what he or she did with it. I am glad to help.

Start a trend-- don't get a new cell phone.
