Principles:

Heat gained by calorimeter = calorimeter heat capacity x increase in temperature. That is what calorimeter heat capacity means.

Heat released by reaction = heat gained by calorimeter

In this case:

Find out heat released by reaction

You know how many g; so find out heat released per g.

Then work out molar mass, and multiply your last answer by that, to get heat released per mole
