It is working now, yippiiiieeee!!!
I think their server was down, we had exactly the same problem here... No matter what browser or pc you're using.
And I also heard that YouTube got sued by Viacom.

You need to install the latest version of Adobe flash player to watch all the videos online, like on youtube, facebook and much more.

Ehm..
You need to have the last version of Adobe Flash Player to be able to watch videos online.

The site is screwed, some hardware somewhere has probably failed or their DC has blown up.
Try watching videos on http://videos.google.com
Its not a "server" failure as its not run by only (one) server. Its run by huge clusters of servers., Evidently something massive has broken.
I would suggest one of the below:
1) The sites been closed down, Possibly copyright violations maybe.
2) They have tried to update something and its failed.
3) Maybe one of their main datacenteres has failed.
