No, I would not attend such a function. You need more variety. Not everyone eats chicken. Not everyone likes spicy. Instead of the kung pao chicken substitute broccoli beef. Instead of the bourbon chicken (is that even chinese? I have not seen that on any menu), substitute vegetarian eggplant and tofu (it is spicy and has garlic). There is a lack of a noodle dish there. Shrimp lo mein is a good choice if it fits in the budget. Also, make sure your steamed rice is jasmine rice, not sticky rice. As far as fried rice...if your food is good you will not need fried rice. Egg rolls and spring rolls? No. Again variety. Have a cup of hot and sour soup instead of spring rolls. Make the egg rolls veggie. Fried wontons are boring. Beside that, you already have enough fried food. If you must add another appetizer try some shrimp har gao or shrimp siu mai. Veggie pot stickers are also a good choice. Mango ice cream is not really consistent with chinese food. I have seen mango pudding, but not mango ice cream. Try almond jelly, it is much better. I don't know about these walnut cookies. Try almond cookies, those are more consistent with chinese style food. If you'd rather not have so much almond, get some coconut macaroons. Those are popular and tasty. Stay away from those flavored teas. You want chinese style or american style? Use Jasmine tea. If they want to make it sweet than can add their own sugar. Green tea is typically associated with Japanese food. Jasmine tea does not come in "regular" or "diet." It is plant parts stewed in hot water, there is no concern for diet or regular until some fatty with a sweet tooth adds sugar...but that's not proper, why taint a good tea with sugar?

You need to include more of a variety. your appitizers are all Rolls or similar. Try something like a soup or even just some crayfish like softshell crab or similar. Same goes for the mains. Its all Chicken. you need to include some different meats. Also you need some veg. Remember you need a certain amount of each foodgroup to balance it up. Personally i would not attend if there is only rolls an chicken on the menu but if you serve up a bigger variety of food i'll definily be there!!!

The living ones :P Jk, I would probably invite...hmmm...that's a good question... Jason Derulo, and I'd ask him to do that trademark thing he does when he sings his own name for like 15 seconds before the intro of his songs, like "Jason Deruuuuuloooo". It'd be cool if everytime we had a new meal brought out, he sang what it was like: "Time for desserrtttt now!" And then I would invite someone who died in the 1950s, maybe James Dean and Buddy Holly cause I think it would be fascinating to discuss how the world has changed, especially music and movies. And also Michael Jackson because he was so enigmatic and I'd want to know if he blames Conrad Murray for his death.

No, there's too much chicken on the menu. You need to add in some noodle dishes - and tofu. Tofu in black bean sauce would be cheap and it'd cater for the veggies. Better Chinese desserts would be red bean dumplings and banana fritters, though the ice cream sounds fine. The Chinese serve various herbal teas which would be better for guests, too. The menu needs to be changed.

Yes i will, but there is too much chicken..
When you create a menu there is suppose to be atleast 3 different meats where they can choose from
Vegetables
Dish that contains starch
Alot of different textures, colours, heights ext.
This is just a few rules when setting up a menu
Add coffee any maybe juice to beverages - not everyone drinks only tea

Sure. Nothing wrong with Chinese. I love most Chinese dishes, and it can be eaten very informally. Good job.
