Well you could get some more of the same material and then take the hem off the pants and sew more of the same material on them to actually make them longer. I have to do that a lot because I am tall too. Just make sure that it looks neat when you are done.

IDo you have a fair amount of material turned up inside the leg to form a double layer ? If so have a seamstress let it down to lenghten the leg. If not, save up money and buy a new pair of pants.

If there's a hem on them, you can let the hem down. You could also take them to a tailor and see if there's anything they could do to help. It's worth the cost. Here's a good blog post about finding a good, inexpensive tailor.

Get a stitch ripper and carefully let the hem out on the bottom of each leg.

Wash them, take them out and pull on the bottom of legs a bit and then and let them air dry.

You could sew a piece of fabric or lace down there, make it look like part of the pants, or a decorative cuff..
