The song never says anything about her dyin', just leads you think that she will or might. Now the video is another story. You have to watch it and listen to the song and come up with your own conclusion.

Tim McGraw.....Yea she dies....The first time I heard the song...I was crying. I love it!!
This song is about True love that starts as a dislike. Johnny doesn't want the girl to go, but ten years later, he and the little girl are dating, then they're married and they have a baby. The girl dies, and Johnny names the baby boy Johnny.

If your talking about the song Please dong take the girl by Tim McGraw well the girl DOESN'T DIE! I never thought she died because he is always saving her so then i just watched the music video and at the end the little baby boy and his dad are fishing then the mom runs down to go fishing too

Yep, she dies in childbirth. But they had a child so it kinda ends happy.

It's by Tim McGraw, as stated. I've always gone with that no.
Cause it's like the cycle reruns itself. With that last phrase "Jonny's daddy was taking him fishing when he was eight years old" which if I recall the child born was a boy, so maybe he is Johnny Jr. Either way I always figured she lived, but it is a possibility especially if the music video displays that.

If you watch the music video at the end while he's singing "johnny's Daddy was taking him fishin..." you see the little girl and her mom run to greet the dad.
If you just listen to the song it makes you feel like she died.

Hmm, don't know it never really says, It just says "doctor says the babys fine but you'll have to leave, cause his mamas fading fast" then the song says "take me out of this world, but please don't take the girl" but it never continues to say if she lives and he dies, or if they both live or what.
