After a solemn prayer deeply letting your soul to link with God for praising His goodness with my love ones, people whom we ask God to bless and forgive, protection and guidance....and to all the blessings I received and the calmness of the day that have just passed, That simple. Peace is overwhelming into my soul and heart.

Getting as high as a kite in the windy season...laying down on a bed or couch like a "suspended animation" experimental human sloth...closing my eyes, and...
Putting on some high quality headphones...
And listening to some re-mastered CD's of some old "live" Jimmy Hendrix "blues" stuff...NOT the popular hits...his other more obscure stuff that was as "sweet" as rock blues gets, and why I believe he was and still is...one of the greatest rock/blues guitarists of our time and any other...
And that's just ONE method I have of bringing "peace to my soul..."
The other involves you and I ALSO on a bed or couch with our lips and eyes wide open at times...and closed at other times...no headphones or Viagra needed...lay lay lay...baby...

advantages, Loving all of those, who did me incorrect, loving my enemies , forgiving people who made my existence and relatives existence depressing,working for the Lord, analyzing my Bible and the different Holly -e book, Praying for households and pals, writing Poems and costs, coaching-Spanish to my student, listening to all form of song, and sharing love, giving love and receiving love. Prayer and faith that God is listening. Sometimes just voicing out your feelings help. I also use music to calm me when I'm stressed or upset.

Certain kinds of music can probably do that for me....as well as knowing that all of my immediate family are safe. There is usually *something* I am worried about, though....I just can't help it.
